I've been living here for five months. I'm a corporate tenant, so I can't comment on the rent since the company pays.
I have found it to be a secure and safe place to live, with friendly staff and security guards. Parking for tenants is adequate and safe. I haven't had any visitors yet, so I cannot comment on their parking situation.
My apartment is nice but smallish, and short on storage (only two closets). It is also rather dark, with only one bedroom window that opens to the corridor, and sliding glass doors facing ESE (ground floor). The bathroom is large, but with little space for storage as well.
Noise insulation between floors is fair, though heavy-steppers, such as my upstairs neighbor, can be annoying.
Occasionally, barking and/or whining dogs become problematic, but not too often.
Some residents don't realize that the hallway, is not part of their extended apartment, and loud gatherings outside their doorways late at night do sometimes occur. But that's people, not the place.
Overall, it's been a positive experience here, and I'd stay here again as long as I'm single, but I'd rather have a bit more room for storage.
