The thing about all the negative comments is, they are coming from somewhere. I lived here for 2 years and most all of these comments are true. I can't blame the complex for most of it, as they are just trying to make money. They market brilliantly and once you are locked into you lease they have you right where they want you. The location can not be beat but everything else is just as the comments say.

I guess you have to decide for yourself, but do you really think people just write reviews for the fun of it' They are angry..and if it gets to the point where management allows tenants to be so angry they write reviews there must be some truth to it.

your appts,are infested with roaches,and management ,if you want to call it that,do absolutely nothing about it.California health board is aware and officers are offered payoffs to shut up and not report it.We are breaking our lease.SYAY AWAY.....................................!
