Whenever someone visits me for the first time I have to listen to them go on about how beautiful the complex is. It's tough living here.
I have lived in high end apartment complex's in several major cities and the Villas by far is the best.
The best feature of this complex is the pool. It is huge, surrounded by amazing lounge chairs and cabanas and most importantly it is always clean. During the summer friends I have not heard from in months call to try to get an invite to spend a sunny day by the pool. The jacuzzi by the pool is also amazing as it is surrounded by palm trees and is pretty empty at night making it a great ending to a date.
There is a full gym on the second floor of the residents center. There is brand new cardio equipment, machines and free weights, making it perfect for those days where I am too lazy to go to my own gym.
The business center has two computers with full internet, printers and a fax machine all free of charge. This is an asset for tenants who have frequent houseguests who take over their computers.
The staff serves breakfast every Saturday and Sunday which is always simple but good. Coffee is available free everyday. Weekend breakfast is always a great way to meet your neighbors and socialize with other tenants. Thanks to the breakfasts I have actually became friends with many of the other tenants while at my last bldg I didnt even know the name of the lady across the hall.
The grounds are always well kept with groundstaff working every morning making the property spotless.
I love my actual apt unit. I have 2bdrm loft and it is the perfect size for 2 people. Appliances are new, apt was clean and freshly painted when I moved in.
Parking is easy for tenants and guests. Plenty of guest parking with little restrictions for them.
The office staff is always very friendly and after a year here they feel more like friends. They are very outgoing and can help set up maid service in your apt and help send out your drycleaning.
Prior to moving here I would spend atleast 2 weeks out of the year staying at an all inclusive in mexico or the Carribean. After living here I dont need to because living at the Villas feels like living in resort.
