Pictures on the web show painted walls in apts...not so much

The pictures on the website show the walls painted different colors. The apts don't come with paint, and if you paint, count on getting hit with a big chunk out of your deposit, if not all of it, plus some.
The previous posters were correct about the walls being thin. Like rice paper walls. Not sound proof at all.

Oh, how sad your life must be to post a review like this. Maybe the wonderful and beautiful residents of this GREAT community don't want to talk to YOU because you are unattractive, bitter, ugly, and rude? I've lived here 3 years and have some of the most amazing friends of my life, so something must be wrong with you.

If you did your homework about the "painted walls" you'd know that ALL AIMCO properties paint 2 accent walls for FREE when you move in, as long as you do a 12 month lease. And, when you move out they don't charge you to re-paint those walls. You are getting incorrect information and sharing it with the masses. The things you are saying just simply aren't true or accurate. And, just so I know, is there anything such as a "sound proof" wall?? NO.
