Staff is very courteous and generally helpful. Often however, they neglect the basics, for instance: they have been open for over a year and still have not enabled the electronic keys on the exterior doors, thus you often need to circle the entire building and enter via the main lobby rather than using a more convenient entrance; they did not take the time to efficiently allocate parking spaces, thus many residents have unnecessarily long walks to their cars; they have not programmed the TVs on the exercise equipment so you must change channels by inputting numbers, which makes it difficult to scan when you're trying to jog.
AerioConnect is horrible when it comes to satellite TV and very expensive. By my calculations I could pay Comcast 1/2 of the $128 I spend a month and get the same service.
The apartments themselves are nice, but the standard 2br setup does not give you much privacy. Street noise can be pretty bad if you boarder third street, even with the windows up.
The guest parking is perpetually full and that will only get worse as they add more residents, however street parking is generally available.
The pool is very nice as are the exercise facilities and the library. Everything is still new and clean.
