Under New Management But Still a Good Place to Live

The superstar management team of Nelson and Ashley are no more - they were reassigned to revive the struggling Orsini property. However, the new managers - Crystal and Erica - are nice and have shown a willingness to do what they can make sure their tenants are happy like Nelson and Ashley did.
Although they started off on the wrong foot by issuing notices of rent increase 3 days before they were to become effective, they changed it to give tenants more than 30 days. Also, they initially were not going to honor concessions that had been promised to tenants by previous management, but have changed their position on that as well. It appears that Erica and Crystal have done their part to protect their tenants.
Assuming the new management team continues to be fair to its tenants, the Visconti would be a good place to live.

Thank you for putting this post -
I read your original post and was worried but am now reconsidering it again as Erica and Crystal seem to have done their best to keep tenants (and potential tenants!) happy.
Visconti really is beautiful but my main issues are safety and cleanliness. What is security like within the complex and in the parking garage? Are 1st floor units safe as well?
