Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
so here is the conclusion,,
Property - very fancy - great recreation facilities -
Apartment - decent apartments -
Safety - Burglaries - common - theft from car - common
Security - Not easily accesible
Management - better not to talk with them - good for nothing plus added torture !!
So, overall, fancy apartment, high rent in an area with lot of crime and pollution.
Save your money and try going to TRIO or similar apartment to Pasadena.
You can always visit downtown BUT living here is not a good idea according to me.
Especially with this management - it is simply pain everyday.
Goodluck finding something better...
