The place may seem nice since you're paying a fortune to live here. The management is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! THey first promised 20 parking spots for the guests, but later gives to their residence who didn't get a parking spot because they didnt have enough when the build this building, --------------------------------- they rent out the entire P2 parking level to the school district. While they are making money all your guest parks on the street. Oh yeah, the new security calls on its own residence to have their cars towed....what a bunch of power abusing IDIOTSSSS!!! They do not do anything for the residence's benefit, and now they just hired a bunch of bimbos working at the front office who spends more time doing fake and bake and straightening their------------------ than learning about the faces of their residence. Maintainance is HORRIBLE, they don't do anything until a week later, and they walk in to your apartment without notifying you, and miplace things and leave the lights on, thats how i found out they came in, idiots..... The walls are paper thin, i have a bunch of idiot guys living next to me and you can hear EVERYTHING they say. i couldnt get a good sleep for months... The maintainance manager is just a ----, he thinks hes better than anyone and he walk around like he owns the place, dont even bother asking him to fix anything, he wont do until its a matter of life and death. Please DOOOOOOO NOTTTTTTTTT move in here unless you have no where else to spend your money.

If you stop asking the maintenance manager to do things, you let him win. That's what they want you to do.
