I have been a resident since day one and have never been this happy since I moved in. I'm suprised about all the responses on here. Put it like this, I was going to move out approx. 4 month ago until I heard a new management company was going to take over. I then decided to wait to see how everything went "I'm now thrilled". I want to personally thank the new staff, you have been absoutley wonderful to me and to many. I now feel very comfortable visiting the office ( I did not before). The previously managent was only nice to people they favored. Nothing was never taken care of, I had to make request after request. The property is NOW finally starting to look clean again and the staff is doing a GREAT job. Ingore the other comments.

As you may very well know, people are not going to take this as Blah, blah, blah. Probably you are just clean freak. That is why you did not pay attention to other imprtant issues mentioned. Everything that looks fancy is not good.. that is the point here. So one must use the brain not just imget impressed by clean fancy place which is NOT SAFE< NOISY with POOR MANAGEMENT. So, start thinking.
