Visconti Apartments

New Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 2 responses   I am a current resident of the Visconti. I was one of the first people to move into this location, so I have seen it all and been through it all. I can personally say that I still really enjoy living here. But, like with anything in life "everything is subjective and situational". Recently the Visconti had gone through a management change, leaving a lot of loose ends untied. With that said, I believe the new management has handled the transition in a very pleasing and professional manner. Crystal, Erica & the rest of the team have stepped up to the plate and have made lemonade out of lemons so to speak. I still feel that the Visconti itself still needs a little polishing and I believe that the current crew is poised to do it. Not to mention my neighbor is Hot!!! And as far as i can tell most of the tenants are young upwardly mobile and respectful. The Visconti has a lot of nice amenities that I enjoy and is a beautiful place to live Downtown. Also, the Downtown Nightlife is picking up and it is all just a short cab ride away or short walk across the street.
