I have been staying here for 2 years, since it was built. Everything was fine until they changed the management. The management girls here are absolutely rude, impolite and unhelpful. Unless you are prospective tenants, of course they are going to be nice to you. Not anymore once you move in. You have to wait at least 15 mins just to get your package because they are too busy serving the prospective tenants. They are so stupid that they even put your apartment number on the parking sticker which stick on your car. So everyone knows where you living by looking at the sticker on your car.

Getting dangerous here under new management.Guess what, there are police detectives at the leasing office EVERY MORNING this week. Come by and have a look. Why' There were 3 burglaries in April. Ask the insurance company if you don't believe. Theft from car - common. Random cars parking at your parking spot - more common, happened at least once a week. They always change the guards especially night-time guards. That guard at the door didn't even know I am a resident or not. I can just go in whenever I want to.

They NEVER clean the rubbish bins next to the elevator.They are always full, smell really bad, flies all over the place.Corridors are dirty, rubbish everywhere. Also, you HAVE to use Aerio Connect for internet. It sucks, very slow, very unstable especially at night. Maintenance - bad. I put an order ask them to come fix my air-con. They NEVER come until I got so pissed and talked to the manager in person.

This place is nice, with pool, gym and library. All of problems are on the management. I am so ready to move out in 2 weeks. I strongly recommend you guys NOT to move in this place. This place is horrible under this new management.

THIS PERSON IS RIGHT ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, I HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAVE FOR PACKAGES WHILE MANAGEMENT WALKED BY AND NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED MY PRESENCE AND IN RESPONSE TO RENEWING MY LEASE THE LEASING AGENT SAID "WELL TECHNICALLY WE CAN RENT OUT YOUR APT." NOW WHY WOULD ANYONE STAY HERE FOR THAT REASON... I HAVE HEARD OTHER COMPLAINT'S FROM TAKING TOUR'S AT OTHER PROPERTIES. THE REASON WHY I WOULD STAY AT ANY LOCATION WHEN MANAGEMENT IS NOT EVEN TOLERABLE AND THE STAFF IS NASTY AND RUDE! THIS IS WHAT I USE TO CALL HOME BUT DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT I AM HAPPY TO LEAVE , THESE PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE A LESSON IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! IM DISGUSTED AND MORE IMPORTANTLY IM DISAPPOINTED!

The new Visconti management team is absolutely intolerable and unprofessional. They have no sense of tenant respect or common courtesy for active tenants. All the complaints stated in this Web rating are absolutely true and echoed by me. The current management team does not have a clue of what SERVICE means and every tenant would agree they do not know what they are doing. At monthly rates of $2,500 and above, the expectation is first class service, but unfortunately management continues to behave as they are working for Motel 6. From mis-management of multiple robberies (e.g. no forced entries and so-called key-software security mishaps and no explanation of why, failure to let tenants know of suspicious activity until TOO LATE), to fumbling of parking assignments (e.g. unit numbers on parking stickers), carelessness of tenant mail and property, to grossly neglected maintenance of trash and debris, to outright unapologetic rude behavior, VISCONTI has truly become a DUMP! Vacancy at this property continues to be high for this reason and tenant satisfaction remains at an all time LOW. Management does not consider their tenants' needs as a priority and operates under false pretense they are doing a fair job - "FAIR" would be an improvement from what they are today. Since the departure of Nelson and his team to the Orsini, Visconti has degraded from "Luxury" apartment home status to a second-rate motel of sorts - with complete failure of property management to blame. With a tenant-base of professionals and young families, the property management team falls far below standards to serve this community with their lack of courtesy, intelligence, common-sense, urgency and overall management skills. Despite voicing complaints directly to each of the management team, no action has been made to improve or better their performance. The above note from "Visconti Management" is lip-service mockery of tenant complaints and is nothing more than a veiled attempt to address growing public Web complaints, with no intention to enact actual improvements. Management does not address any tenant concerns with urgency or care. I've received better treatment and service at the gas station! Stay away from this place - as long as current management team remains. I hope enough of these complaints come up so the property owners take swift action to remove these idiots.
