I felt so relieved when I gave my 30 days notice just recently. I have very nice memories here from last summer with Nelson and Ashley, and was sad to see them go. However, when they left so did all the friendly security guards who kept this place safe. Now there are gangs who roam around in the gym, and people have been getting robbed. I saw the preceding reviews and responses and I have to say the complaints from the residents are true. I'm not only one suffering such rude and unfriendly treatment.

I asked them for touch up paint several weeks ago. One of the leasing office girls who sits in the front office told me, "We DON'T have any paint, after you move out we will fix it." Which means they can deduct it from my security deposit.

Home is a sanctuary where you come back to relax after a hard day, it shouldn't be this stressful living here. Do yourself a favor and look someplace else. If you want an idea, ask them how much the occupancy rate Visconti is at now and how many people have moved out in the last month or have already given their 30 day notice to move out in June. No one wants to live here anymore!

Seeing as the above posting knew of the names of the previous leasing agents I'm pretty sure that this guy is an actual resident. They also know that all the old security guards left. You guys are picking at straws to try to dispel a bad postings. There is no internet conspiracy out to get the Visconti.
