i am paying $2305 $100 utilities..... for the quality and service, this apartment is worth around $1200 ... being an architect, the way the building was constructed is probably the worst i've ever seen.. i was at the construction site for this building and the orsini.... i thought maybe they could have added another layer of insulation material, but apparently not... the person next door is having a normal conversation with her friend, it felt as if she was in my room.. i could even hear her whispering... terrible acousitcal and thermal insulation... developers trying to save money once again.... quantity over quality.... interior and exterior.. things are poorly put together...

security.. hmm... there were a string of burglaries.... we were the first ones... we had about 5,000 dollars worth of stuff stolen.... this place is under surveillance cameras yet the management was very reluctant of showing it to us.. or to the police... said they had to "find" it.. and will take a while... everytime we enter and exit our apartment..the time and date is recorded because or doors are electronically monitored.. yet the management said.. "oh.. we haven't updated the system, so we haven't logged anything for the past 2 weeks"... then what's the point of putting that kind of system in''!'... just for aesthetics'' .. to seem fancy'' and when we were the first ones to tell the management about our theft.. they were like.. "oh we're sorry... we will try to make our building more secure"... and all this happened with the new management... not even one ounce of sympathy or sincerity... gave us the.. "it's probably your fault" attitude.. . they sent letters out after the 4th or 5th burglary.. um.. a little too late'.. after the man upstairs lost $15,000... FPI management are the biggest jerks.. so stuck up.. pretentious.. rude.. ew.. who the hell would ever want to live here'.... they don't notify you of packages until a week later.. don't fix anything on time.. unless you ask the manager about 3-4 times... after failed attempts with leasing office..

i used to live in a older crappy building for $700 a month in a ghetto area for 3 years... i never got anything stolen and it was much quieter.. never had any problems.. i just thought that i'd move to a "nicer" and newer building w/ better amenities... not!
