The new Visconti management team is absolutely intolerable and unprofessional. They have no sense of tenant respect or common courtesy for active tenants. All the complaints stated in this Web rating are absolutely true and echoed by me.

The current management team does not have a clue of what SERVICE means and every tenant would agree they do not know what they are doing. At monthly rates of $2,500 and above, the expectation is first class service, but unfortunately management continues to behave as they are working for Motel 6.

From mis-management of multiple robberies (e.g. no forced entries and so-called key-software security mishaps and no explanation of why, failure to let tenants know of suspicious activity until TOO LATE), to fumbling of parking assignments (e.g. unit numbers on parking stickers), carelessness of tenant mail and property, to grossly neglected maintenance of trash and debris, to outright unapologetic rude behavior, VISCONTI has truly become a DUMP!

Vacancy at this property continues to be high for this reason and tenant satisfaction remains at an all time LOW. Management does not consider their tenants' needs as a priority and operates under false pretense they are doing a fair job - "FAIR" would be an improvement from what they are today.

Since the departure of Nelson and his team to the Orsini, Visconti has degraded from "Luxury" apartment home status to a second-rate motel of sorts - with complete failure of property management to blame. With a tenant-base of professionals and young families, the property management team falls far below standards to serve this community with their lack of courtesy, intelligence, common-sense, urgency and overall management skills.

Despite voicing complaints directly to each of the management team, no action has been made to improve or better their performance. Web responses from "Visconti Management" is lip-service mockery of tenant complaints and is nothing more than a veiled attempt to address growing public Web complaints, with no intention to enact actual improvements. Management does not address any tenant concerns with urgency or care. I've received better treatment and service at the gas station!

Stay away from this place - as long as current management team remains. I hope enough of these complaints come up so the property owners take swift action to remove these idiots.

We were victims of the robbery and did not, at anytime, feel management did anything that improved the situation. In fact, it was only at our demand that letters be sent out to all the tenants (after the multiple robberies), when management finally adhered to tenant's concerns and moved to post letters on each door of the tenants to warn of the threat of robberies and events of theft. The letter that ultimately arrived on our door was also tardy by TWO days after our robbery was reported. Police findings showed there were no forced entry (we have police report that confirms this). Management's failure in updating the key sytems, to audit when and if a key was used to break into our unit, further demonstrates the poor system of controls that management had in place at the time of the crimes. It was management that told us a "master key" was missing and that was the primary reason why management decided to re-code all the tenant keys inorder to render that missing master key useless. What management never answered appropriately, was why did it take a series of robberies to finally force management to recode the keys, if they knew that a master key went missing in advance. You mention that the criminal was a resident and was apprehanded - this is the FIRST time we heard of this. If managment was truly diligent and responsible, as you state, then management should have come straight to the victims like myself and make us aware of this situation. To this day, we do not know what happened to our property nor what measures were taken to alleviate our concerns. We will come down and speak to management directly. Apologies aside we need to get to the bottom of this, as we are still out of the loop on what happened to the thief and our propety.
