i'm going to make this quick. i've actually written a couple negative reviews about this apartment complex in the past. but it's about time the "new" management gets some credit. sure they had their growing pains, but those were mostly caused by quick fixes implemented by the previous management that were bound to cause big problems in the long run (e.g., promising tenants certain parking spaces to entice them to sign or renew to boost numbers, etc.) nicole, anne and stephen have done an unbelievable job considering what they were given to start with. they've gone out of their way on numerous occasions to take care of whatever issues my family may have had, even personal things that are totally not their responsibility. ever since anne was promoted to manager, things have been running so smoothly, i actually haven't been to the front office for quite some time. i've also noticed an improvement in the late night security. my friends who also live here have said the same things.

as for the complaints about move-out procedures, i can't really speak to that as i have yet to move out. but i'm confident that if they screwed up, they've fixed the process so that it won't happen again.

my only complaint now is that the garage floor is absolutely filthy. if you drop anything on the ground, expect it to be caked w/ dirt/dust when you pick it up. it's disgusting.

other than that, marta and crew keep this place in really good shape.
