I definitely enjoyed living at the Visconti. Though I didn't deal with the management too much, I had a few minor maintenance problems which were solved fairly quickly. I think the grounds are beautiful and a total oasis in downtown. The pool is absolutely amazing and the view is to die for (the downtown la skyline) I frequented the study room since I had been studying for the CPA while I lived there and it was always super quiet and everyone was very respectful.

Having gated, secured parking in downtown was amazing as well. The gate did break once or twice while I lived there, probably when people ran into it, but when it did break they put a guard at the gate who made sure only people who lived there entered the structure, that was really great.

The rest of the amenities were also very nice and the fact that the management signed for package was great! I live in a house now and I can't even begin to explain how annoying it is when I can't get package because they are signed only.

All in all I loved living at the Visconti and I only left to go live with a friend, otherwise I would have stayed, and even now, I wish I did!!
