(note: complex may also be called Vista Alvarado.)
cons: manager takes a very long time to respond to requests. even after multiple fumigation, i still find cockroaches and termites in my apartment. walls are not very insulated, nor thick. the windows facing the streets are useless with regard to letting air inside because of the loud noise from the cars and gas station generator. hot water and elevator don't work here and there. forget about having packages sent here; nobody accepts them and the drivers don't even bother using call box.
pros: complex is gated, with a call box at the entrance. parking is gated and assigned. complex is close to the 101 freeway.
