Before I came to LA I heard about how hard it was to find a nice place for little money, luckily my first pic was on the money. This place was nice when I arrived but continues to improve day by day. My place as do all of them come with new carpet,appliances, new everything. The manager here is by far the best I've worked with , she is very timely when responding to my calls which she usually does within the same day. Maintenance also makes it a point to respond quickly to any problems you have. The manager is kind and helps out as much as possible with all types of situations. The apt has a very good location right near the 101 Freeway, a beautiful view of Downtown if your placed right and ample restaurants and culture all around.

My only problem would have to be the sounds of renovation, however this is declining quickly.

If you're looking for a nice place to hang your hat, check this place out. It's definitely worth it.
