I lived there for 6 months and the manager was rude, and not very friendly! The neighborhood reminds me of living in the slums, and for the price you pay you could live in a much nice area. I had ants when I moved in, and ants when I left. The problem was never solved! When I first used my dishwasher, the pipes weren't connected and let out all this water all over my floor. Constructing was going on constantly and noise was a huge issue. Manager never returned my phone calls, and never gave me back any of my deposit. I lived in the back of the building by the street, and someone had jumped onto my balcony one night screaming and banging on my door and management did nothing. People were always loud and drunk in the street, and I never felt safe. Also the roof caught on fire, and the water was shut off for 2 days without any notice. I was like camping in a apartment. The building should have provided water for a bath or something, but no they avoided all calls, never returning them so no one knew what was going on. Horrible experience since it was my first apartment living in LA.
