car break-ins

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
do not move here! i know of at least 2 cars that have been broken into, in the GATED garage! either someone on the inside is a thief, or this place isn't secured enough... or both.

also, the manager is never in her office. good luck finding her if you have a problem or question. you have to call the office and wait for her to check the office voicemail. now that's availability!
