My husband and I have lived here for almost three years, and we enjoyed it. We needed to find an affordable one bedroom, and this was the best we came across in LA. It's very close to Marina del Rey, and the 405/10 freeways are just a few blocks down. Great shopping areas are close by, and the nearest major streets are not too busy. Parking has usually been great with plenty of space on the street. The managers live in the building, and they are very helpful, considerate people. Maintenance requests are taken care of usually right away. The appliances/fixtures are a little older, but we got new carpet and a paint job before moving in.
