The apartment is okay, not great. No such thing as emergency maintenance. Pipes were leaking all over the place at 3am in the morning. No maintenance ever returned my calls. The walls are thin. Fixtures are cheap. You can hear people snore. Neighbors upstairs are noisy and always jump or drop heavy objects on the ground. The only good thing is rent is moderately priced.
