Don?t let the modern amenities of this building fool you. Building Management Company and the owner (middle eastern jerk whom barely speaks English) will make you sorry you signed a lease.

Owner refuses to fix anything that breaks, including; washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, Air-conditioning, Heating, etc. (I spent an entire summer without A/C because it was too expensive to fix) And there is no reduction in your rent for non-working conveniences. The hot water heater often breaks down, and it can be days before it is fixed. Several units in this building have been flooded. Owner has never changes ruined carpets or moldy drywall.

Most tenants have lived there more then a year and are now month to month. The owner ups the rent every year, sometimes by as much at $225.00 a month. Although this building offers great floor plans, save yourself a headache by walking away.
