I lived here three years they won't fix anything they treat you awful.
There has been a leak in the garage for 14 monthes on my car eating the clear coat I have been emailing them to fix it and they told me I am responsible for it. They raised my rent $300 in 9/06...yes $300 in one month The persian owner said "I could raise it as much as I want to because I own the building" because I kept asking for them to fix the washer that I had to pay for. My car was broken in to during the time I was here. The owner came knocking on my door for money. They charged me $1000 deposit for a 6 pound dog. I live on the second floor which they call a 3 bedroom but it's a 2/2 and a loft with one of the outside stairs completely detached. This place is bad but the people who run it are much worse!!!
