Do not move here unless every other place in the city is full!!!!

Noisy & trashy most of the time. It all LOOKS nice when the prospective tenants show up but if you look closely, you can see it's a total trashbin. The management is horrible. Susan is too timid to confront anyone who breaks the rules. She just posts rude signs all over the property and cowers back in the corner of the management office. The other flunkies down there just point at her when you go in to say something, no one is taking responsibility for anything and they do nothing. The majority of the day, the office sign says "be right back". But they don't seem to come back for long periods of time. Leave them a phone message and forget about getting a callback. Emergency after-hours pager' I don't think they even know where it is. People move in and out day and night. Ask them about turnover of apartments. Ask them why the last tenant moved out of the apartment you're looking at. They'll probably lie but I don't know any one here who has renewed a lease. You sign the lease, find out what you got into, and get out ASAP! They allow most pets and that is the single solitary reason I think they get most tenants. But, look harder because you can find some other place that allows pets. You don't want to live here.
