overpriced, overcrowded "dormitory"

There's a new manager, which temporarily brought new hope. It faded fast. A laundry list of new rules and policies. They won't even accept packages in the office anymore. Now we have to go find the UPS office to pick up packages! Dog crap everywhere. 2 or 3 people -- or more -- in each apartment, noisy like a dormitory. Dogs barking constantly. Music out open windows and doors. I don't think there's maintenance anymore. Rent is going through the roof. I'm outta here.
