Management and ownership changes, manager change, who IS the manager' Who owns this fleabag' Why is the manager never at work' Why is nothing ever fixed' and on and on and on....But be for real! If you check this place out, LOOK at the carpet stains in the halls, the leaks in the garage, the dead potted plants at the elevators, the filthy elevators; SMELL the dog crap not only outside but as you walk by apartments; LISTEN for the noises of loud music, constant construction (saturdays and holidays included). Check out the pool!! Remember Chevy Chase in vacation when they checked into the camp and the pool was a duck pond... this place rivals that, just need some ducks. Sure they'll tell you it's going to be a great place when everything is fixed, the problem is it's NEVER going to be fixed. Raze the dump and start over.
