LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   That's the message the stupid people who run this place give us, but they really don't care about anyone but themselves. They open the office when it's convenient for them. The rain leaks into apartments, there's mold all over the place, the walls and the floors in the hallways look like ----. The elevators never work right and are always filthy. And what does our manager say to all of this' "It's not our job to clean up after you, so move if you don't like it." Sure, they're "fixing the place up", but they aren't taking care of the people who live here NOW. I'm sure they'll get a lot of money from some poor fools when they get it finished, but I'll bet the repairs they're making are just superficial. Oh, and we all LOVE that newsletter. Did it take long to copy all of the articles from some service' It must have, because they didn't seem to have any time to put anything about our building in there. No one wants to stay here when their lease is up, but the nobody in the office knows that because we haven't received our renewal leases! Can't wait for them to start raising our rents because we're all month-to-month. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF THEY TELL YOU THE MESS IS JUST BECAUSE OF THE CONSTRUCTION, DON'T BELIEVE IT!
