Criminals walking on roof top

Be prepared to hear 2 am criminals walking to the roof top waiting for a change to jump into your balcony!!!
Tommy, the manager doesnt care about anything but attracting new tenants giving the building a cheap make up to fill up the huge number of vacancies. All illusion folks!
This place sucks, is an overpriced and unsafe dorm!!!
Dont move here unless you like to see everyday a two faced manager and feel unsafe!
