OK, let me name a few
1. Thief steals everything from the lobby from lamp to trash can.
2. Elevator safety certificate expired on 9/23/2004 and it was never updated.
3. fire distinguisher missing in the stair, what if there is a fire'
4. illegally changing contract.
5. claimed to have roof top pool, jaccuzzi. it's more like roof top TUB!
6. water accumilates on the balcony days after it rains, cause the way they constructed it.
7. Leaks, I live on the 3rd floor, water leaks in my apt when there are heavy rain.
8. Thin wall, I can easily hear my neighbor walk around and talk or use the bathroom.
9. Elevator button burner, people tend to smoke in the elevator and burn the elevator button, which door open/close never works and the elevator never stay in LB when it's not used, somehow it either starys at 3rd or 1st floor instead of lobby.
10. poor management, all they want is money, they don't help you solve any problem.
11. unsafe neighborhood, my car has alarm and was parked in the gated garage that has security cam. The 1st week I moved in,my car was broken into, thief just smashed my window grab what they need and let the alarm went off, when I went to the office to ask for the recorded tape from the security camera, they told me they looked at it and found nothing.
12. People never clean after their pets, they let their dog pee in the stairs, crap in front of the building, never picks it up, you will be smelling those greak aroma especially when it's raining and you are walking down the stair.
with all the comments above, would you want to move into a place like this' if I can walk, i will walk, I wish my contract ends tomorrow, I haven't seen anyone who is satisfied with this place yet, they have cool exterior to attract people to move in but everything from interior to management are crap.
After reading all the comments, you can easily see that no one is satisfied with this place, a rating of 10% still seems way high to me!
