Sucking us dry

I've lived here for a few years now and I must say I'm no longer pleased. When I moved in the staff was helpful and friendly, the rent was acceptable and the pool/jacuzzi worked. They sold the building and jacked up all of our rents 23%. Yes they painted the building, but they have cut back significantly on the cleaning crew (stairwells stink), one of the elevators was out of order for more than 6 months and of course the lobby looks totally cheap (not even going into the crappy button burner jerk). The only reason I'm still here is because they allowed large dogs. Which brings up the fact that there are some very rude people in the building who don't pick up after their dogs and ruin things for the rest of us. I'm going to try to move this summer.
