Criminal activity, filthy, unprofessional management, high rent

The building is NOT worth the current they are charging. For the price, you can find a nice Santa Monica apartment. Additionally, the management is letting criminals run loosse in the building, even though several tenants reported suspicious activity, the management lets it continue without doing anything. Plus, there's all kinds of vandalism here. The apartment itself is a dump with newly painted walls and a remodeled gym (but if you inspect the rest of the buildign closely you will see the filth this building is - I recommend touring the ENTIRE building, not just what the manager shows you). If you place your safety and your own well being first then DO NOT MOVE IN. PS- if you're thinking of moving here because it's pet friendly - you should reconsider. There are MANY apartments on the westside that take dogs, and I'll be moving to one of them soon!!
