i have lived in a few apartments throughout los angeles in the last 10 years, and i have to say, this was the WORST place i ever experienced. the management is inept at doing anything...they can't keep accurate records and try to throw in extra charges wherever they can...the place smells and is poorly maintained...i was mortified to have friends visit me there. when i moved out, they tried to tell me and everyone else getting the hell out that we had a balance due...some people paid it (they just wanted "out"), others did not as it was wrongly applied and we knew it. the reason dissatisfied people are still living there is they can't get out of their contract...believe me- there are MUCH better places out there...don't put yourself through the nightmare of this property or it's "management"
