left Los Angeles for Tucson, AZ From: kabrfb1@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was sad to leave Waterstone. My stay there had been nothing short of wonderful. In spite of many changes in personnel the main reason things ran smoothly was because of Shyna Banks. She was always polite, professional, helpful; she went up and beyond what she needed to do to satisfy any problems that came up for us. I thought our unit was immaculate when we moved in and the few items that needed attention were looked after that same day. The pool/jacuzzi on the roof was breathtaking with views of the city at night that make you feel like you are in a 5star hotel overlooking LA. A cup of tea or a glass of wine a little jacuzzi, beautiful new cabannas and furniture and a relaxing atmosphere to come home to after a busy day at work. I highly recommend Waterstone at Cheviot Hills and personally thank Shyna for dedication to making Waterstone a top notch apartment building.
