Every 6 months or so, we have a new maneger. Every manager would like to refurbish only the lobby and their office. Every manager liked to paint the hallways. They spent a lot of money to do that and disappeared within a year. Thanks to that, we got 3-time paintings within a few years, but more bigger problems are left unsolved. We don't have a door to the stairs on the 2nd floor for almost 4 years! Water leaks on your car in the parking! We got the crazy rise in rent! The rent is almost double compared to 5 years ago. Last month, we got the new manager again. She is young, unprofessional and hysterical. I would like to move out as soon as possible.

This review is correct. The response from management is not sincere. Many residents can't stand the managers! The managers put on a fake front when they tour properties and treat current residents like crap.
