we're moving out

We moved in during fall of 06 while Shyna was the manager and she always promptly and cheerfully addressed our concerns. A typical encounter in the office would sound like, "Hi Joe, I put aside your package because I knew you were waiting for it". Since then she's been fired and the environment has changed for the worse. I really question the intelligence of the owners, they had a good team of workers before even though they were understaffed (Shyna, James, Shawn) and they've since been replaced by a group of absentee landlords with poorly thought out solutions and borderline competence. I went to the ground floor three times between 9 and 5pm yesterday to check for mail and each time there was no one in the office and the only evidence of someone having been by is that the "we'll be back" clock would advance by a couple of hours.
The best part is that now all "physically able" pet owners with their dogs are only allowed to use the stairs and not the elevator (originally it said all owners but apparently they eventually noticed it's difficult to get up and down the stairs in a wheel chair or when you're 90). What genius thought up this solution' Buy a security camera and stick them in the elevators if you have to...but this whole "let's punish everyone for a few leaky dogs" sounds like the kind of -------- logic prevalent in high school detention. If I urinate in the elevator, does that mean that all of the "physically abled" will be banished to the stairs' And is that air freshener or "eaw de -----" wafting from the lobby' God I miss the old management, Shyna would give you her cell phone if you were waiting for a package while the current incompetents will shoo you out of the office 5 minutes to 6pm because "we're closed" and besides, it takes full concentration to giggle on the phone with your friends. As soon as our lease is up we're getting out of here.

I believe that this person left their comment out of anger. I am a very friendly individual and I invite you to come by to judge for yourself! Yes, the office may be closed from time to time and we have signs that state that we are out on a tour or at lunch along with a return time. We are required by law to take a lunch break and a big part of our job (touring) requires us to leave the office. We are a very popular community so we do conduct several tours daily. Yes, I did put out a notice politely asking the residents to use the stairwellls when walking their pets. I have good reasons that were brought forward to me by the residents themselves. I received many complaints that dogs were urinating in the elevator which is not sanitary or pleasant to step in. I also have persons who are frightened by dogs. When in a small area like an elevator dogs tend to feel threatened and want to protect their owners. I had people come to me and tell me that they feel uncomforatble when the dogs are in the elevator with them. I did put into consideration that some pets/owners may not be physically able to use the stairs. I would think if your taking the dog for a walk the stairs are great excercise! I think my solution was a good one and neighbors should respect that not everyone is a dog lover or enjoys stepping in urine. I take pride in the cleanliness of my building and will do whatever I can to make it a sanitary and comforatble home for my residents.

The review is accurate. The former manager Shyna Banks cared about residents. The new manager is just terrible. This place went from being ok to being a bad place to live because of the new manager.

Now I have living here and regret...
hey don't fake up! I totally agree with this posted review. it is so accurate and true.
The former manager Shyna cares and love the tenant but not now.. new managers are (not personal attacking but as a professional job ethic..) they are just kid. Stupid and lazy.
I wish new manager will be coming or even doesn't matter because maybe this system itself belong to owners policy. So do not live here. I want to move out. I feel like I pay stupidly for this dirty place.
