This place has gone downhill fast ever since ----- left. The only positive things I can actually say about this place is 1) its across the street from a store and 2) its very close to the freeways. Other than that the management is HORRIBLE & UNFRIENDLY (I cant stress this enough) and a day doesnt go by where you don't almost gag from smelling all the pet urine (and yes its all over the elevators as well, but the worst is on the north and south side stairwell where a lot of residents go out to take their pets). I know this place isnt doing so well right now cause when walking around you can see vacant units.

I am sorry to hear that this person is upset. I welcome this person to come by the office and I would be more than happy to help them with their concerns. As you can see from the previous comment I am working hard on the above concerns. Our commnutiy is doing quite well and we are almost at full compacity. Stop by today to reserve your home...they are going fast! :) I can't wait to meet you!!

I agree with the other non-management posts so far. ----- may not have been superwoman but you always felt that she was doing everything she could to solve a problem. That's not the feeling most of the current residents seem to have about the office staff (yes we talk amongst ourselves). I've had a few superficial encounters with the office, I usually just try to avoid them. Condescending and fake seem to be the most frequent complaints. I do like the maintenance staff. ---- (I think that's his name) and Sean are very warm and approachable. Sean may have moved up though, I haven't seen him recently.

To be fair, I don't think anything got done any faster or better with -----. ----- just apologized when something was wrong and that's something that the new manager is incapable of. She is not friendly, she is in fact rude. If you have any problem, she will try to make it seem like it is your fault. The office is never open. She really should treat residents better, since they are far from full capacity. They are not going fast, and by the way- we can see in through the balconies and see how many vacant apartments there are. I would guess 20-30% are available.

Listen, we as residents should get together to do something about the terrible management. If enough of us complain about their rude and fake behavior; they could be fired. We are the ones paying high rent yet we are treated with no respect. Who is with me? What about a tenant meeting (managers not invited). Things won't change until residents join together and get something done about it. It is time for Gollie and Angelique to go!!!! We could also submit a petition to the owners. Anyone who would like to see the current managers replaced could sign.

hey fake lier... manager will say "I can't wait to meet you!!" hey don't make me laugh.. When is the time you will fix the door on 2nd and 3rd floor? it has been broken more than 2years now. ----- is not now and worst management people is now in there. oh my god. Can we do anything about it ? is this the headquarters' policy to change management every half year? The management only spend lots of money to decorate their room and lobby for attracting new residents. I am sick.
