The manager' attitude is too arrogant. All she can do is nothing but talk back. When the mail boxes were broken, she said she couldn't even make a call anywhere because mail baxes belong to the government. When a superintendent didn't appear on the scheduled day, none of the staff apologized sincerely. Most of the laundry machines are broken. Still they just try to make any kind of excuse and fight back all the time. Then why we are paying $1500 for just a studio!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPIDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

I was shocked when I read the reviews about the office staff. My Mother recently passed away and I had to leave town. I asked the staff to remove my paper from my door for me until I returned. When I arrived home I was brought to tears when I found a very nice card from the staff expressing their sympathy. I have close friends that did not send letters and to get one from the office meant a lot. I think people may need to give the girls a chance they are very friendly and have made my stay here more pleasant than they will ever know. Take a moment to think about what they go through....the job cannot be easy. I hope that when they read these horrible reviews that they will remember that there are resident's like myself who truely appreciate them. Thank you girls!

THE SIMPLE FACT IS, THIS BUILDING AND STAFF HAS HAD PROBLEMS! THE MAINTENACE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT! FOR THE MONEY, THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES TO LIVE. THIS IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE FOR AN APARTMENT. THE GUY WHO LIKES THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE , NEEDS TO GET A LIFE. COULD YOU BE MORE OF A PATHETIC NERD?

I think the guys response is just stupid. Does anyone care if he thinks the office girls are hot? No, we son't! This building has it's problems. Live here long enough and you will find this out. Hopefully, things will get better. Nothing is perfect but complaints should be taken as a way to make things better or to alert potential renters.

Ok I've had my share of problems with the staff. However, I feel the office girls are getting better than they were. The maintenace staff still needs work but I feel there is a better attitude in the office now which I appreciate.
