I was thinking about moving to LA and after reading about the no life, hating, ignorant people I might reconsider and stay right where I am. I have been in the property managment industry for years and have never heard such crap from residents. Hey, boneheads... if you don't like piss in your elevator, train your freaking dogs not to urinate everywhere... if you don't like to pay high rent move out of LA, if you don't like to talk to management, DON'T. Put everything in writing then. I think it's funny that people assume all you do as a manager is sit at a desk and wait for these charming residnets to come in with questions and concerns. Hey jerk, I would refuse your package. They are NOT required to sign for them... consider yourself lucky!!!!!! I have been at properties that we'd refuse them and my residents were intelligent enough to realize that we are only doing our jobs and it's not our policy. I assure you that manager... Gollie... is taking your concerns and working with them... there is NOT A MAGIC PROPERTY MANAGER WAND idiots... it's a very demanding position and wheather you like it or not... she might have to follow as urgency policy and air fresh might not always make the list. You have no idea what a day to day is until you walk in someone's shoes. I think it's cowardly and shameful to go onto an on-line source anonymously to vent. GROW UP... get some balls and talk to the manager. Give her reasons, concerns, suggestions... you never know what might happen.

The people that posted here have obviously lived in apartment once or twice before. We know a bad manager from a good one. I think the first and possibly the second post here are shills.

WHO THE HELL ARE YOU? YOU HAVE NO PLACE REVIEWING OR TALKING ABOUT A PLACE YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. YOU MUST HAVE PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS.
YOUR OWN REVIEW IS QUITE HATEFUL. YOU ARE A COWARD YOURSELF SINCE YOU
POSTED ANONYMOUSLY. YOU NEED TO MOVE HERE AND LIVE AS A RESIDENT.
IF YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TALK ABOUT RESIDENTS AND A BUILDING THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT, THEN YOU NEED TO GET SOME COUNSELING!!!! MOST PEOPLE WHO POST A REVIEW ON HERE HAVE PUT COMPLAINTS IN WRITING AND TALKED TO MANAGERS. YOUR REVIEW IS COMPLETELY OUT OF LINE!!!!YOUR REVIEW SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE SINCE YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT!

I was shocked when I read the reviews about the office staff. My Mother recently passed away and I had to leave town. I asked the staff to remove my paper from my door for me until I returned. When I arrived home I was brought to tears when I found a very nice card from the staff expressing their sympathy. I have close friends that did not send letters and to get one from the office meant a lot. I think people may need to give the girls a chance they are very friendly and have made my stay here more pleasant than they will ever know. Take a moment to think about what they go through....the job cannot be easy. I hope that when they read these horrible reviews that they will remember that there are resident's like myself who truely appreciate them. Thank you girls!

I am moving out of state with my company and wanted to let others know about my experience. I have found that when most people have an enjoyable experience about anything that they rarely go out of their way to let people know about it. When people are angry or bitter they really make sure to let people know about it.....the previous comments are a great example of that. I thought I would go out of my way to make a positive review. Please don't leave your childish comments pertaining to my review...It is MY review and I don't need to hear your feedback. I have read the previous reviews and they really sound juvenile, so don't bother.
Okay, the staff: The manager(Golly)always has a friendly hello for me and would take care of any issues that surfaced professionally. She is quite funny and has a kind heart, my dog loves her and the treats on her desk. The sales girl(Angelic)is very energetic and always smiling. I never dealt with the service staff much but they do keep the grounds looking good.
Rent is high but this is Los Angeles!! My new place is larger and lots cheaper but I am also moving to the Mid West. It is expected when you live in a very popular city. Overall I had a great experience. I will miss my neighbors and the friendly chats with the office staff. Please take the time to make your own judgements, you can see that these people leaving the rude comments are doing them out of personal hate by the immature responses etc. I hope that more people will take the time to post more positive things because I think if people were this unhappy they would just move....thst's how you know it's personal.
I wish you good luck in your house hunting and hope that my review was of assistance.

PEOPLE NEED TO STOP TELLING OTHERS TO GET A LIFE. IF YOUR LIFE IS SO GREAT THEN WHY ARE YOU POSTING COMMENTS? IF YOU ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE BUILDING THAN WHY ARE YOU CHECKING APARTMENT RATINGS. I KNOW SEVERAL VERY HAPPY, ATTRACTIVE PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS BUILDING. AS TO THE STUPID GUY WHO SAID THE OFFICE GIRLS WERE HOT: HOT IS SPELLED HOT NOT HOTT.
REALLY, GROW UP AND GO BACK TO MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!

This building has more problems now due to the rude and bad maintenance staff vs. the office girls. Good luck getting things fixed correctly or in a timely fashion.

This building is not perfect but nothing is. I have had some problems
with the office staff but feel they have become nicer. Hope that continues.

How the heck did you even end up on this building to write this review? You gave it a 5.0? Remove please... this doesn't belong on this review page. Go review Los Angeles somewhere else...
