Save your money and sanity - do not move in here! I've lived here for years and I'm looking to move out ASAP. This place is managed by FPI Management and they JUST DON'T CARE! All they care is for their profit. The manager and staff turnover is too many to mention and "For Lease" sign has always been there since the day I moved in, and that's over 4 years ago.
There's only 1 Maintenance person and he hardly speaks English, and he's the 6th person this year. This building is a JOKE! The lobby is "vanilla coated" just to attract the future tenants and the building foundation is an absolute DUMP - constant leaking and pipe drainage problem is ongoing - at least once a month (just look at the old pipe on the garage ceiling). My toilet overflowed dozen times flooding the entire living room! When you dial designated Emergency Number they don't call back until the next day or two!!
This apartment building needs to be demolished, and the staff needs to be replaced with professionals who knows what they are doing, who cares and have concern for the tenants.

Actually, there are two maintenance people, and they've been here since I moved in June of 2007, so almost a full year. They are super nice, and always quick to respond to any work orders I have put in.
If your toilet keeps overflowing, sounds like a personal problem. Learn to use a plunger! Geez, these aren't your parents, grow up and take responsibility for your own stuff. If maintenance response time is slow, it's probably because people like you are wasting all their time making them unplug your toilet.

I agree...FPI is horrible! Its been one issue after another with nothing ever getting fixed! if i had the extra $2000 to break my lease I would!
