Uh... okay.. I m so angry about new manager. She is just sly arrogant------- She is such a fake for all.
I just move in and I want move out as soon as my rental agreement is done.

They basically do not care about resident at all. They just do MINIMUM MINIMUM maintenance.
I do not understand why she need an assistant, she just seems like sitting the office and do for her.

I never see the manager try to some improvement for the residence, instead, she just wow! clean ONLY her office.
She just care about her working office inside, not for US.

1) Washers are always broken and so cheap NO hot water is available even there are warm and hot selections.
2) So many stains on the hallways carpet FULL OF dog's pee, birds dropping shits wow smells bad and such a insanitary environment! They just do vacuum once a month or less even !
3) Never clean parking space. so many dust.
4) Elevators are sometimes broken NO WONDER ! INSPECTION DUE is totally EXPIREd! wow dangerous ha'
5) Garbages smells bad, and side stairs are lots of dogs urine and some kinds of trashes.

This building's RENT is NOT reasonable as 80's built crap. System is so old and cheap.
Please do not decide only seeing lobby and cheap fake room (just repaint and cheap new microwave you can get at Target only $ 60 or less). This building allows you to keep pets but, in my research, there are so many other apartments start to allow the residents for keeping dog!

I STRONGLY recommend " DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!! "
Fake management smile costs a lots of your regrets ! FInd better places.

ps : To the fake sly smart manager... PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ----** fake up story at this ratings site.
This site is for residents right sake. NOT YOUR COVERUP dramatic excuses.

Have you ever thought of bringing this stuff to the managers' attention? They can't inspect every inch of the building, and they don't read minds. It is your responsibility as a member of this community to tell the manager when there is a problem. Every time I have submitted a work order, or let them know about a problem, they have taken care of it very quickly. And the managers definitely are not fake or arrogant. They are always very sweet a pleasant. I guess you can't please everyone. I'm a resident here, and I think the managers should have the opportunity to respond to accusations. This is just a website, not a "residents right," whatever that means. They are free to voice their opinions just like you are.

you dont know what you are taking about. im sure you ARE the leasing manager trying to defend yourself. stop tricking people into living here. And in case you are a resident and you arent smart enough to realize this place sucks ass then you should also know they are leasing people 1 bedrooms for the same cost as studios! yes you hear right! the leasing office is just not telling people who have already signed their leases. so if you have a studio and you are paying about 1150 you should know that 1 bedrooms are going for the same cost. the "sweet and pleasant" leasing idiots are just not telling you. enjoy your stay dork!
