Compared to other apartments I have lived in, or ones that my friends have lived in, this apartment building is truly fantastic. I've been here almost a year, and plan on staying here a while.

The manager here is super friendly. I'm not sure what other people are complaining about. I have never had any problems with the management, and they take care of maintenance problems very quickly. I had a problem with mold in the A/C vents when I first moved in, and the manager hired professionals to get it taken care of ASAP! Other managers at other apartments I have lived in would have just painted over it, but here she was concerned about my health and comfort and brought in a specialist. They throw little informal parties about twice a year, which is a great way to meet other residents. They also will sign for packages delivered, which is a very nice of them.

The grounds are well maintained, and very attractive. I love the roof-top pool and cabanas. It is also very quiet here. When I moved in, I was concerned about the freeway being so close, but I don't even notice it. Also, having a shopping center within walking distance is very convenient.

The people who live here are also very nice for the most part. The dog owners are very considerate, and pick-up after their animals. People will often hold open doors and elevators for others.

This is a great place to live!
