Seems nice at first...

The entire lobby area smells wretched and the mold problem that someone else spoke of is most certainly true even in first floor apartments that were not affected by the pool leakage or whatever water problem there was on the 3rd floors. The hot tub was not functional for 4 out of the 6 months that I lived there. Also when I moved out they charged me to repaint the entire place (there was no wall damage and I definitely didn't paint the walls a different color.) Also, the walls are paper thin and I could hear my next door neighbors snoring every night. There's a reason they're offering so many "deals" don't fall for it.
