We have been living here for about 8 months and we are waiting for the lease to be expired in couple month. This building is really terrible and manger are so unproffesional.
my parking spot was assiged to new residents for 3 times already. We have been paying for extra parking and due to the poor management our spot was give to someone else 3 times already. I come from work and someone else's car with same parking permit number is parked on my spot. We have filed complaints to the manager past couple times whenever the incident happened and they re-assigned new parking space.
How many times do i have to move my spot'
I believe manager / management company are so careless that they are only collecting money. I believe that all the residents are here are getting ripped by overpaying the rent and see the complex not taken care of. All the hallway, lobby and elevator have smell of dog urine and ----.
Air conditioning unit from next door makes so much noise that we cannot even sleep. We called the service for this and they dont know why and literally dont care ----.
we moved here because it is close to my work and decent neighborhood. I seriously made a big mistake wasting money that is not worth a penny.
ANY ONE LOOKING AT THIS APARTMENT, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET BIG TIME!!!! IF YOU LIKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD MOVE TO THE APARTMENT RIGHT ACROSS OR LOOK AT SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING. EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT LEAVE ACROSS OR RIGHT NEX, I KNOW FOR THE FACT THAT ANY BUILDING CAN BE BETTER THAN THIS AND ANY OTHER SERVICES WILL BE BETTER THAN THIS BUILDING.
