initially was drawn in by the nice courtyard and pool... though apartment manager never responds... walls are very thin... neighbors loud and management does nothing. during the rain, if you're unlucky enough to have a half covered parking spot, your car is dented by a stream of rain (i fortunately had a full covered spot, but saw this happen). parking is poor for people who visit. the condition the apartment was in when i moved in was poor to fair. the person before me did a poor caulk job.. getting hair and other nasty stuff in it.. i really should have not accepted the lease, but it was affordable and i didn't know any better... water needs to run for a minute to get the rust out... too tired to go on...
