Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
So it turns out the reason why the building is turning to ---- (disgusting washers & dryers, overflowing trash in lobby, elevator that never works, disgusting carpet and chipped paint in hallway) is because the old manager (who was great) quit and THE NEW MANAGER DOESN'T LIVE HERE. So ofcourse she could care less that the building is falling apart. It could be the HPG Management just isn't paying her enough or giving her enough hours to clean up the mess. In any case, the building has become an embarrassment.
