IT'S ILLEGAL NOT TO HAVE A RESIDENT MANAGER

I USED TO LIVE IN THE BUILDING. IT'S ILLEGAL TO FOR THE OWNER/MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO RUN A PROPERTY WITH THAT MANY APARTMENTS WITHOUT A RESIDENT MANAGER. YOU SHOULD CONTACT HUD OR THE CITY.
