Elevator NEVER Works

I wanted to let anyone who's looking for an apartment here know that the ELEVATOR almost NEVER works.

Even if it happens to be working when you come to look at the apartment, BEWARE that come MOVING DAY, the Elevator may be out of order.

I would move out if I thought the elevator would work on moving day.
