The new front door in the lobby is nearly impossible to open because whoever installed it did it wrong. The "PUSH" handle is STILL upside down. Some of the 80 year old tenants will probably have a heart attack trying to open the heavy door.

Management is too cheap to install a Smart Card dispenser for the laundry card so it's impossible to buy a laundry card. The manager is NEVER in the office.

Ever since this new manager started here, thelobby is always full of trash and junk mail. The old manager didn't wait for the cleaning crew to take care of it on Monday.
