I'm really kind of surprised at all the negativity here. People are really quick to point fingers too. This apartment could really be a nice place if the people who live here treated it with respect. I can't even count the number of times that I've seen garbage piled up in the hallways and in the trash chute area. Couches are always left in the drive-way. People throw junk mail everywhere and the place looks like a dump.

I've lived here for a little over a year, and it's nice to see that the people renting here is starting to skew away from 20 year old kids and riff-raff. Hopefully if more people who respect themselves start renting here, it will be a nicer place.

After reading these comments, I really don't envy the position the manager is in. If I had to deal with this kind of negativity day in and out, I'd go insane.

To be fair, the laundry cards suck, and the elevator is terrible. But I dealt with them with the old manager, and I'll deal with them now. Hopefully these things will change. So everyone, just chill a little bit. It's not the manager's job to play wet nurse to you. Most of us are adults, so act like it and take a little responsibility.
